Local villages could team up and twin with global villages for in person and online exchanges.

Each side will share best practices, learn from each other’s models, and create more ability based on experience of other villager’s development.

Could be similar to the twin cities programmes and encourage villagers to exchange rural specific ideas with each other, thereby finding an alternative path for development.
